In the Kansas City, Missouri area. The rose garden is in Loose Park. It has a fountain in the center with wide walking areas. There is a section that is dedicated to David Austin roses. There are predominantly Modern Roses but you can find a few Old Garden Roses as well. You can see the slideshow here:

Roses get planted and then labels get lost, people move and leave roses behind, people plant roses along the grave side of loved ones. They lose their names and become lost. People find them and can then give them study names, denoted by using double quotes. Sometimes the lost roses are identified and then given their proper names. Sometimes you have to go out of your way to find them though. You can find the video showing some of the lost roses that I have come across here:
