Safrano

Safrano is a tea rose from 1839. It has a yellowy pinkish color. The catalogs from the 1800s often called the color of Safrano fawn, or buff and fawn. Safrano has been the parent for several roses.
In my yard it has remained on the smaller side of the tea roses. New growth is red maroonish. Safrano has a sport, or a mutation, called Isabella Sprunt. Isabella Sprunt is yellow.
